Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Wortix Healthcare, LLC website, www.review.wortix.com, (the “Site”). This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions under which you (“you” or “member”) may access Wortix or any product through the Site. You agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Product Definition

For patients:

Wortix is a global place where patients can present health problems for themselves or for others in their home or community. Providers (doctors and non-doctors) read their publications and send them a request to provide access to their health problem (“I can help you”). Patients read the profile of the requesting provider and proceed to accept or reject their requests. Once the request is accepted, the Providers can read the complete Health Number (including photos, videos, scanned images and other electronic information). WORTIX IS NOT USED TO PUBLISH ANY EMERGENCY.

Approved Providers will also have access to the patient’s Health History (which is an electronic health information file related to each patient.) It is an internal file, not related to regulated medical information and is not linked to any personal information. The next step is a continuous dialogue between the patient and the provider to find a solution to the problem or simply to get more information about the issue of health or health in general. Providers will not be able to solve all problems (because some of them may need physical or constant contact). Wortix is safe, anonymous and multilingual. It is also private, we do not request personal information.

For providers:

Wortix is a place where providers find many people with health problems who can help with their experience in that field. The providers can be a doctor or a health professional. Providers may practice medicine at their own risk and be limited by their own license.

Philanthropy:

Wortix allows healthcare providers to help with what is necessary by solving their health problems online.

Agreement

I agree not to use Wortix for any type of health emergency; In that case, I have to choose to dial 911 and seek urgent help.

I understand that some health problems will not be adequate for an online process. In this case, I agree to use Wortix to the extent of its own limitation and proceed to seek additional help beyond that limit.

I agree that I can practice medicine and will make sure I am properly authorized to do so in the area where the patient resides.

I understand that Wortix per se will not solve any health problems I may have. Wortix is only an electronic means by which I interact with health care providers at my own risk.

General Terms

Wortix Healthcare, LLC maintains the site to provide you with information about health care providers, products and services, and to facilitate communication with us and our affiliates. From time to time, we may revise these terms and conditions. The revisions will be effective when they are published or as otherwise established. Additional terms and conditions may apply to details of our memberships, products and services or to participate in our affiliate program, contests or surveys.

The images, texts, screens, web pages, materials, data, content and other information (“Content”) used and displayed on the Site, including, but not limited to, Wortix Healthcare, LLC ™ and Wortix ™ are the property of Wortix Healthcare, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. In addition to your rights over the individual elements of the Content within the Site, Wortix Healthcare, LLC owns the copyright or patent rights in the selection, coordination, arrangement and improvement of such content. You may copy the content of the site solely for your personal or educational use, provided that each copy includes a notice or attribution of copyright, trademark or service mark as they appear on the copied pages. Wortix healthcare, llc disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, title and fitness for a particular purpose. Wortix healthcare, llc does not guarantee that any fraud resolution service provided in accordance with this agreement will not infringe, that it will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. The responsibility of wortix healthcare, llc is limited to the services explicitly set forth in this agreement. Wortix healthcare, llc will not be liable in any case for any damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, (which will include without limitation, damages for loss of business, loss of profits, commercial interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss). In no case will wortix healthcare, llc be responsible for any loss arising from the performance or failure of its service wortix healthcare, llc. Under no circumstances will transunion be responsible for any delay in the proportion of services, or damages resulting from any delay in services. In no case, wortix healthcare, llc has additional additional responsibility for you, except for what is established in this document. In no case shall the liability of wortix healthcare, llc exceed the fees you paid for fraud resolution services in the previous twelve months.

Accurate Registration and Information

If you decide to register on our site, be a member of one of our membership programs, buy our products or services or participate in our affiliate program, contests or surveys, you may need to register, provide personal information and select a user.

Name and password: You agree to provide accurate information in your registration and not share your password with third parties. Accept not posing as another person or selecting or using a username or password of another person. You agree to notify Wortix Healthcare, LLC of any unauthorized use of your account and of any loss, theft or disclosure of your password.

Failure to comply with these requirements will constitute a breach of these terms and conditions and will constitute a reason for the immediate termination of your Wortix Healthcare, LLC account and your right to use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy

By using our site, by being a member of one of our membership programs or by purchasing any of our products or services, you agree that we may use and share your personal information in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Statement. In the event that you indicate that you wish to receive offers from Wortix Healthcare, LLC, your information may be used to send you relevant ads when you visit the site. Duration and Termination; Modification

This agreement will become effective at the time you click “I agree” and it will end (a) when the member cancels his membership by contacting Wortix Healthcare, LLC through the telephone number set on the website for cancellations, or (b) ) at the end of your membership or (c) if Wortix Healthcare, LLC interrupts the supply of membership, subject to your right to receive the membership benefits you have paid or to obtain a refund of a portion of your payment.

Wortix Healthcare, LLC may (i) change the terms of this Agreement or the feature of the membership products, or (ii) change the Site, including the removal or discontinuation of any content or feature of the Site, restrict the hours of availability or limit the amount of permitted use, by publishing a notice of such modification on a page of the Site before the change becomes effective.

All changes will be effective immediately after the publication of such notice. If you use the Site and / or your membership after Wortix Healthcare, LLC has notified you of a change in the Agreement, you agree to be bound by all changes. You are expected to check the site periodically to make sure you are familiar with the posted modification notices.

You must send notices or other communications related to our Site, your membership, products or services to Wortix Healthcare, LLC membership@technoglobalinc.com.

Unless otherwise indicated, we may send notices to the most recent email address you have provided to us or, if you have not provided an email address, to any email or postal address that we consider your address. If you want to update your registration information, log in to your account and visit the “Your account” section on the main menu.

Applicable Law

The laws applicable to the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be the laws of the State of Florida, USA. UU., And the applicable federal law, regardless of the provisions on conflict of laws.

Those who choose to access this Site, or become members of one of our membership programs, from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. You agree that any and all disputes arising out of this Agreement or the provision of Wortix Healthcare, LLC services to this membership or otherwise, if presented to a court shall be filed with the state and federal courts of the County. of Seminole, Florida, USA

Policy regarding children

We define children as persons under 16 years of age. Our website is not intended for the use of children and we do not intend to collect information about children through our website. You must be at least 18 years old to access any product through this website or to join Wortix Healthcare, LLC as a member entitled to membership benefits.

Diverse

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the object thereof, and each and every one of the written or oral agreements hitherto existing between the parties are null and void.

If any part of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining parts will remain valid, enforceable and will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

You represent that you have read this Agreement and the Privacy Statement of Wortix Healthcare, LLC, understand its terms and accept and claim to be legally bound by them. You acknowledge that, by providing you access to and use of the Site and your membership, Wortix Healthcare, LLC has relied on your acceptance of being bound by the terms of this agreement.
